Christmas is the time for merriment, family and food. We know that there is so much going on in December it can be hard to prioritise the important things. We want to make sure this year’s festivities are remembered as being the best yet, which is why we’re sharing our top tips for relieving stress and keeping you calm this Christmas.

We’ve teamed up with our friends at Nexium Control® to help ensure you won’t be left pulling your hair out after realising there’s so much to do and so little time. We want you to have enough time, energy and most importantly we want you to feel good with what you’ve achieved this year. After all, December is always a time of reflection.

Follow our 10 tips and we’re sure you will feel more productive, less worried and will truly enjoy yourself in the weeks running up to the 25th. One of our main challenges is finding the ability to ask for help. Without a little assistance, we’re not sure we could cope with all this preparation. Even if it’s ringing up your BFF for a rant – whatever helps!

The end goal is to have a lovely break, spent with some of your favourite people. There’s no need to panic, we’re all in the same boat. Regardless of the food prep, there are lots of other things that we know you might be worrying about. Whether you wake in the middle of the night, with the panic of missing someone off your Christmas card list, or forget that so-and-so’s partner was staying over until Boxing Day, take a breath and know that everything will be under control, eventually.
