A rainbow of love cocktail

1 bottle chilled Prosecco
15ml Cointreau
15ml dry gin
45ml chilled orange juice
30ml chilled pineapple juice
15ml chilled grapefruit juice
For the garnish
1 whole strawberry
1) Chill a long fluted champagne glass for a few hours in the refrigerator before preparing.
2) When ready to serve, remove the glass from the refrigerator and pour in juices, gin and a touch of Cointreau. Fill the rest of the glass with Prosecco. Gently stir.
3) Serve with a strawberry garnish.
