Agua de Palapa Joe's

185g white rice
1.5L water
1/2 cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp pure vanilla essence
100g caster sugar
60ml condensed milk
1) In a small bowl, soak the rice, 250ml of the water and the cinnamon for 30 mins.

2) Add to blender and liquefy for 3 minutes. In a large container, mix the blended rice, the remaining 1.25L of water, the vanilla, sugar and condensed milk.

3) Stir and serve over ice.
