Amour a Mosa Cocktail

These fruity cocktails are made pretty with dainty flowers.

1 chilled bottle of Champagne
45ml vodka, infused with orange
30ml chilled mango juice
30ml chilled orange juice

For the garnish

1 fresh, untreated viola, pansy or nasturtium flower, depending on your mood
1) Pour a little vodka and juices in a chilled fluted glass, and fill the rest of the glass with Champagne.

2) Garnish by placing one of the edible flowers atop the drink.

Cook's Note: Suggested flowers are edible, but make sure no chemicals have been added.
