Angus McGregor's Stewed Strawberry Cobbler

Angus McGregor represented the UAE at the World Class Bartender of the Year final, 2013.

60ml Cîroc
20ml cherry heering
5ml Aperol
30ml stewed strawberry conserve
2 lemon wedges
2 grapefruit wedges
1 orange wedge
1 sprig lemon thyme

Muddle the citrus wedges. Pour all ingredients into a shaker and mix. Pour into a large wine glass.
