Atalay Aktas's My Destiny

Atalay Aktas represented Germany at the World Class Bartender of the Year final, 2013.

50ml Ketel One (infused with rosemary and thyme)
30ml fresh lime juice
20ml agave syrup
Ground black pepper (to garnish)

Mash all the ingredients in a shaker. Double strain into a tumbler with one large ice cube. Garnish with the pepper, and a poem (optional!).
