Baja-style limeade
Add some white rum to this limeade for a mojito-inspired cocktail.

700ml water
170ml agave syrup, plus 115ml extra, or as needed
1 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
225ml freshly squeezed lime juice (about 8 limes)
Ice
In a medium saucepan bring 225ml of water, 170ml agave syrup and rosemary to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove the pan from the heat and cool for tne minutes. Strain the mixture into a pitcher. Add the lime juice and remaining 450ml water. Stir and sweeten, to taste, with agave syrup. Serve in glasses filled with ice.
