Beef Stroganoff

1 tsp vegetable oil
350g lean beef steak, cut into strips
1 punnet mushrooms, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Black pepper for seasoning
410g Carnation® Evaporated Milk

Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan, add the onions and paprika and cook until soft and sweet. Turn the heat up and add the steak strips, fry quickly until browned.

Tip the sliced mushrooms and garlic into the pan before pouring over then Carnation® Evaporated Milk and simmering on low heat for 15 minutes until thick and glossy. Stir occasionally.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and black pepper for seasoning.
