450 tinned peach halves in heavy syrup
1 (750-ml) bottle Prosecco, chilled
1) Reserve 60 ml of the syrup and drain peaches. In a blender, combine the peaches with reserved syrup and pulse until smooth.

2) Pour mixture into glasses and add Prosecco.
