For the chips
For the dry porcini seasoning
For the dill lemon zest seasoning
For the smokey paprika seasoning
1) Heat deep-fryer with peanut oil to 180C.
2) Fry potatoes in a deep-fryer until golden brown and tender. Approximately 6 minutes. Toss in a large bowl with seasoning and serve immediately.
For the seasonings:
While your chips are frying, combine the ingredients for your choice of seasoning in a large bowl and set aside until chips are ready.
