Black pepper-cinnamon honey with fruit and ice cream

340g honey
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 cinnamon stick
330g chopped or sliced apricots, plums, peaches or pineapple
1L vanilla pod ice cream
Rolled or wafer biscuits, for garnish
1) Heat the honey, pepper, and cinnamon stick in a small pot over low heat.

2) When ready to serve, add the fruit to the honey mixture and toss.

3) Put a scoop of ice cream into each serving dish and top with the honey mixture. Garnish with biscuits and serve.
