Brownie Sundaes

170ml double cream
350g semisweet chocolate chips
1.5 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder
6 brownies
Vanilla ice cream, as needed
1) Melt the heavy cream, chocolate chips, and instant coffee in a bowl over simmering water until smooth, stirring occasionally.

2) Place a brownie on each plate, top with a scoop of ice cream, and serve with warm chocolate sauce.
