Butterscotch Bliss
Aniseed, cinnamon and butterscotch make this drink a glass of festive cheer.

Ice
25 ml Bailey's Irish Cream
25 ml DeKuyper Buttershots Liqueur or butterscotch schnapps
15 ml Jagermeister or anise-flavoured liqueur
15 ml Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps
15 ml Half-and-half (can be substituted with 7.5 ml whole milk, 7.5 ml single cream)
Small pinch lemon zest
Sugar, to coat glass rim
Pinch of cinnamon
In a cocktail shaker with ice add Irish Creme, butterscotch liqueur, anise liqueur, schnapps and half-and-half. Zest lemon over shaker. Shake and set aside.
Sugar the rim of a martini glass by dipping glass into a saucer of water, followed by a saucer or sugar. Strain drink into glass. garnish with pinch of cinnamon.
