Cava sangria

1 (750ml) bottle Spanish cava, chilled
60ml white grape juice
30ml brandy
30ml simple syrup
Ice cubes, for serving
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
8 mint leaves
1) Stir the cava, grape juice, brandy and simple syrup together in a pitcher.

2) Serve over ice, garnished with strawberries and mint.
