Cemita's puebla salsa verde

8 tomatillos, roasted
1/2 bunch coriander leaves, freshly chopped
1 jalapeno chilli
4 garlic cloves, roasted
1 tbsp green habanero chilli sauce
240ml water
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1) Blend the ingredients well and serve over your favorite poblano meals.
