Cheesecake surprise pops

Bamboo skewers
Various sweets (suggested: sliced pecans, caramel sweets, peanut butter cups)
1 (560g) frozen cheesecake, thawed
Fresh raspberries, if desired
1 1/2 cups mini milk chocolate chips
1) With a bamboo stick, skewer a sweet. Scoop out 1 heaped tablespoon from the cheesecake. Use your hands to mould the cheesecake into a ball around the sweet of your choice on the skewer.

2) Repeat with the remaining sweets and cheesecake. Add a raspberry to each skewer, if desired. Roll in chocolate chips or sweets of your choice and place in the freezer to set.
