2 limes, cut into eight wedges, halved
4 to 5 sprigs mint, leaves only
480ml black cherry juice
250ml dry gin
240ml soda water
1) Muddle the limes and mint leaves in a shaker or serving pitcher, if the pitcher is sturdy enough.
2) Add the cherry juice, gin and soda water and stir to incorporate.
Serve over ice-filled glasses.
