Cherry parfait

225 g tinned cherry pie filling
225 g vanilla frozen yogurt or light ice cream, softened slightly
225 ml nondairy whipped topping or whipped cream
140 g candied nuts (pecans, walnuts, peanuts)

1) Fill 115 g pie filling into 4 tall glasses. Top with 115 g frozen yogurt. Top with remaining pie filling and remaining yogurt and spoon whipped topping over the top. Sprinkle with nuts and serve.
