Chicken salad sliders

2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
125ml mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
450g finely diced cooked chicken
80g finely diced celery
30g slivered almonds
12 mini baps
1) In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, mayonnaise and salt. Toss with the chicken, celery, and almonds in a medium bowl. Serve on mini slider rolls.
