Chilli Prawn Skewers

24 large prawn (about .4kg), peeled and deveined
1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into 16 (2.5-cm) chunks
2 limes
2 Tbsp honey
1 pinch red chilli flakes
1) If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for at least 20 minutes.
2) Preheat the barbecue to medium-high.
3) Alternate on each skewer 3 prawn and 2 pieces of pineapple. Squeeze juice of 1 lime over the skewers.
4) Sear on a hot griddle or under the oven broiler until cooked through, about 2 minutes per side.
5) Mix the honey, chilli flakes and juice of 1 lime. brush honey mixture over the cooked kebabs.
