Add chilli to the mix for an intense kick to your cocktail.

1 lime, juiced
150ml gin
30ml dry vermouth
15 drops favourite chilli or hot sauce
1) Brush 5 martini glasses with half lime juice and freeze.

2) Shake the gin and vermouth with ice in a shaker. Get glasses out of freezer or empty ice out of glasses. Pour a few drops of hot sauce into the bottom of each martini glass. Pour gin mixture into the glasses.

3) Stir very lightly and serve.
