Chimayo cocktails by the pitcher

475ml pressed apple juice or unsweetened apple juice
240ml tequila, preferably gold
60ml creme de cassis
60ml fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes, as needed
Unpeeled apple slices, for garnish
1) In a pitcher, stir together the apple juice, tequila, creme de cassis, and lemon juice.
2) Fill 8 (240ml) glasses halfway with ice. Pour the drink into the glasses, garnish each with an apple slice, and serve.
