Cinnamon and Vanilla Pod Hot Chocolate
A good hot chocolate is a treat any time of the year.

Scrape half the vanilla pod into a pan along with the cinnamon stick and milk.
Bring to the boil slowly and then pour through a sieve over the chocolate drops.
Place the cream and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk until thick. Stir well to melt the chocolate and pour into shot glasses and top with a small dollop of thick whipped cream.
