Citrus slaw

60g orange marmalade
1 lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
2 to 3 tsp hot sauce
60 to 85ml extra-virgin olive oil
500g bag of shredded coleslaw mix
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1) Remove metal top from jar and loosen the marmalade up in microwave 15 seconds.

2) Spoon loosened marmalade into a bowl then whisk in lemon and lime juice, hot sauce and olive oil.

3) Toss coleslaw mix with dressing and season with salt and pepper; serve.
