240ml mayonnaise
240ml sour cream
115g sugar
120ml lemon juice
2 small pinches salt
2 tsp ground mustard
2 healthy pinches parsley flakes
Freshly ground black pepper
5kg roughly chopped cabbage
1.5kg julienne carrots, cut in half
1) In a large serving bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream. Add the sugar, lemon juice, salt and ground mustard and mix well.

2) Add the parsley and pepper, to taste. Stir in the cabbage and the carrots and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve cold.
