Crab-salad cups

800g fresh crabmeat, white and brown
2 little gem lettuces, leaves picked
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp.chives, finely chopped
1 tbsp tarragon, chopped
1 stick of celery, finely sliced
1) Mix lump crabmeat with celery, tarragon and chives. Toss with mayo, sour cream, lemon juice and mustard; serve in Bibb lettuce cups.
