1 (450g) bag frozen cranberries, thawed
2 oranges, juiced and 1 orange zested
30g dark brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1) Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until the cranberries just begin to burst, about 15 minutes.
