Creamed green chilli rice

260g rice, cooked
350ml double cream reduced by half
2 poblanos, roasted, skins removed, and chopped
3 spring onions, sliced
10g freshly chopped coriander leaves
1) In a medium serving bowl add the rice, reduced cream and the poblanos. Garnish with spring onions and coriander and serve.
