2) Pour the mixture evenly into paper cups, and freeze for 1 hour so the ice lolly is firm but not frozen through. Remove from the freezer and insert a wooden stick in the centre of each ice lolly. Return to the freezer and freeze until solid, about 2 to 3 hours. To serve, peel the paper cups away and eat immediately.
