Creamy Wild Mushroom Chicken with White Wine

Whip up this chicken in a flash with a Knorr Gourmet sachet.

1 packet of Knorr Gourmet Wild Mushroom Chicken
350g chicken breast
150g wild mushrooms
100ml single cream
150ml water
50g grated cheese

Cut chicken into thin slices.

Clean mushrooms and if large cut in half.

Place chicken and mushrooms together in a suitable casserole dish.

Blend the powder with the cream and water and pour it evenly over the ingredients.

Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C (180°C fan) approx. for 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped chives and serve with white rice.
