Deconstructed Samosa

1 large samosa
1 tablespoon curried chickpeas
1 tablespoon paneer, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon mint and coriander chutney
1 tablespoon tamarind and date chutney
A few drops of chilli sauce
2 tablespoons green mung daal sprouts
1 tablespoons crispy sev noodles (fried chickpea flour noodles)
4 mini samosas

Take the large samosa and smash it down, then on top add the curried chickpeas, paneer, chutneys, chilli sauce, green mung daal sprouts, crispy sev noodles, then garnish with the four mini samosas on the side.
