Elegant fish pie

1 mash recipe (see Homely ocean pie recipe)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
100ml double cream
400ml fish stock
100ml white wine
6 button mushrooms, sliced
2 shallots, finely chopped
20g unsalted butter
For the fish sauce
8 king prawns, peeled, tails left on
8 large fresh mussels
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
100g frozen peas
400g mixed salmon, cod and smoked haddock, cut into chunks
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the mash is golden brown and the mussels have opened.
