Fig, Ricotta and Apple Rolls with Walnuts

2 Kingsmill Tasty Wholemeal Rolls, cut in half
4 tablespoons of ricotta cheese
2 small ripe fresh figs, sliced
½ green apple, sliced
6 walnuts, roughly chopped
Lightly toast the rolls under a moderate heat and then cool slightly.
Spread the ricotta evenly on the cut sides of the roll halves.
Evenly place the figs and apples on top of 2 roll halves and top with the walnuts.
