French beans with paneer

2 tbsp rapeseed oil
3g grated garlic
1 tsp brown mustard seeds
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tomatoes, chopped
Pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper
450g French beans, tips removed
230g paneer, cut into small cubes
1) Put 1 tbsp of the oil in a large skillet, add the garlic and spices and cook for about 15 seconds. Add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper, stirring well. Add the beans and cook until the beans are tender crisp, about 8 to 10 minutes.

2) In another pan, add the remaining oil and place over a medium heat. Add the cubed paneer and fry till golden on all sides. Gently stir into the finished beans and serve immediately.
