Fromage Fort

The ultimate way of using leftover cheese. Serve with deli meats and crusty bread.

700g left over strong cheese
150ml white wine
2 tbsp softened butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Black pepper

1. Blend the garlic in a food processor then add all other ingredients until creamy.

This fromage fort gets better with age. Serve with toast
