Fruity Rooibos Summer Blush

1. To make the tea, place 3 rooibos tea bags and honey in a large jug and pour in 1.5 litres of boiling water. 

2. Stir and allow to cool to room temperature. Cover and place in the fridge until chilled, ready to use and then discard the tea bags. 

3. Place the crushed ice in a 2 L jug, add the lemons slices, strawberries, cherries and pomegranate rubies. Pour the chilled rooibos tea and serve.

Cooks Tips:

Rinse the fruits well before adding them in the jug to remove any sand or dirt it may have.
