Gluten-Free Peppercorn Sauce with Steak

1 sachet Schwartz gluten-free peppercorn sauce mix
300ml (1/2 pint) semi-skimmed milk

To serve:

Sirloin steak
On the vine tomatoes
Potato Wedges

Mix sachet contents with milk. Bring to the boil gently, stirring continuously. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has thickened.

Serve immediately with grilled sirlion steak, roasted cherry tomatoes and potato wedges seasoned with paprika.
