Grilled figs with ricotta and treacle or melted chocolate

10 Mission figs, stemmed and cut in half
Canola oil
60g fresh ricotta cheese
20 to 40g treacle
55g melted chocolate
Chopped mint leaves, for garnish
1) Preheat a griddle to medium-high.

2) Skewer figs, leaving enough room in between, and brush lightly with canola oil. Place figs, cut side down, on grill and cook until brown, about 2 mins. Remove from heat and arrange on a serving platter. Drizzle half the figs with the ricotta and treacle and half with the melted chocolate. Garnish with mint.
