Giant Hangover Cure Baguette

1 artisan baguette
400g dry cure streaky bacon
300g baby plum tomatoes
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Apple juice in a spray gun
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Rocket and a selection of salad leaves

Place the bacon on a hot BBQ and spray every couple of minutes with the apple juice, until the bacon is crispy. Put the tomatoes on a skewer and BBQ until slightly blackened on the outside.

To make the mayonnaise, toast the freshly ground black pepper in a hot pan for a minute. Add to the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and mix well.

Build the baguette by cutting it down the middle and spreading the mayonnaise evenly, laying all the other ingredients on top.
