Jalapeno wrapped prawns

16 jalapeno peppers
300g tub soft cream cheese at room temperature
16 large cooked prawns, peeled and chopped
250g sliced prosciutto
16 toothpicks
1) Preheat the barbecue to medium high. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.

2) In a bowl combine the cream cheese and the chopped prawns and fill the cavity of the peppers loosely with the mixture.

3) Wrap the peppers with prosciutto and insert a cocktail stick to hold together. Cook on the barbecue until done, about 5 minutes.
