Java joe smoothie

1 double shot of espresso or 80ml very strong coffee
1 banana
125ml skimmed milk
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp protein powder or other powdered vitamin supplement, optional
3 ice cubes
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend for about 1 minute. Pour into a large glass and serve.
