Lady and son's salad

For the dressing

180ml mayonnaise
3 tbsps sour cream
1/2 lemon, juiced
Pinch salt
225g Gorgonzola cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsps red wine vinegar
1 tbsp buttermilk
Pinch cracked black pepper

For the salad

400g wild greens salad mix
1/2 red onion, sliced
1) In a large bowl, mix all of the dressing ingredients together.

2) In another large bowl, mix together all the salad ingredients. Drizzle with dressing and top with chopped walnuts.
