Laphroaig Ginger Peat

Spicy, sweet and smooth - a classic Old Fashioned with smoky flavour and a ginger twist.

50ml Laphroaig 10 year
20ml fresh ginger juice
25ml lemon juice
15ml agave syrup (Substitute for honey syrup or Gomme if unavailable)

Vessel: Rocks

Ice: Cubed

Garnish: Orange twist and candied ginger

 

Method:

Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin

Fill with ice and shake hard for 8 seconds

Double strain in to a ice filled Rocks
