50ml Laphroaig 10 year
25ml fresh ginger juice
20ml agave syrup (Substitute for honey syrup or Gomme if unavailable)
100ml water
Vessel: Irish coffee glass (with handle)
Ice: NA
Garnish: Candied ginger and lemon
Method:
Add all the ingredients except the water to a mug
Add just boiled water to the mug and stir until the honey is dissolved
Add the garnish and serve
