Laphroaig Heated Highball

The classic whisky highball but with a spicy and fresh twist, lengthened with ginger ale and a jalapeño kick.

Ingredients: 35ml Laphroaig 10 year
15ml lime juice
15ml agave syrup (Substitute for honey syrup or Gomme if unavailable)
70ml Ginger ale

Vessel: Highball

Ice: Cubed

Garnish: Jalapeno

 

Method:

Pour all measured ingredients into a ice filled highball

Top with more ice and lengthen with ginger ale

Stir and garnish with a Jalapeño
