Laphroaig Islay on the Beach
Creamy, refreshing and incredibly moreish - an aromatic combination of honey and coconut to bring out the softer vanilla notes of Laphroaig 10.
- Preparation Time2 mins
35ml Laphroaig 10 year
10ml lemon juice
20ml agave syrup (Substitute for honey syrup or Gomme if unavailable)
100ml Coconut water
2 dashes of cardamom bitters
Garnish: Candied Ginger and lemon twist
Pour all measured ingredients into an ice filled highball.
Top with more ice and lengthen with coconut water
Stir and garnish with candied ginger
