Laphroaig Long Islay Spritz

Long, quick and easy, balancing smoky, sweet and sour - perfect for sundown sipping, with a welcome snack of candied ginger.

35ml Laphroaig 10 year
20ml fresh ginger Juice
10ml lemon juice
15ml agave syrup (Substitute for honey syrup or Gomme if unavailable)
100ml San Pellegrino lemon / sparkling lemonade

Vessel: Highball

Ice: Cubed

Garnish: Candied Ginger

 

Method:

Pour all measured ingredients into a ice filled highball

Top with more ice and lengthen with San Pellegrino

Stir and garnish with candied ginger
