Lemon raspberry fizz
Drop some fresh or frozen raspberries into this zesty fizzy cocktail.

230ml champagne or sparkling water
55ml Limoncello liqueur
Crushed ice
20g fresh rasberries or frozen raspberries, thawed
1) Combine the champagne and Limoncello in a small pitcher. Place a spoonful of crushed ice into each of two champagne glasses and top with raspberries. Pour the champagne mixture over the ice and raspberries.
Serve immediately.
