Leonard's barbeque sweet mustard coleslaw

240ml mustard
240ml good quality mayonnaise
240ml vinegar
210g granulated sugar
1 tbsp salt
2.25kg finely chopped cabbage
1/2 diced sweet red bell pepper
2 tbsp celery seed
1) Using a large mixing bowl, mix the mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt together until smooth. Put the finely chopped cabbage into a large serving bowl and pour the dressing over the cabbage.

2) Add the diced sweet red bell pepper and 2 tbsp of celery seed. Mix until all ingredients are evenly blended and then serve.
