Lowfat green tea, honey and nutmeg smoothies

120ml lowfat vanilla frozen yoghurt
60ml chilled triple-strength green tea
1 tbsp honey, plus more for garnish
200g ice
Dash ground nutmeg
Dash ground cinnamon

1) Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and drizzle honey on top of each milkshake to finish.

2) Serve immediately.
